Unlike a traditional massage where only one therapist is working on your body, a four-handed massage, sometimes also known as a synchronized massage, is a form of massage therapy that involves two therapists working together in harmony to provide a unique and relaxing experience like no other. Many people enjoy four-handed massage because it is like getting two massages at the same time. With four-handed massage, you’ll feel twice as relaxed because you have two therapists working on you at the same time. The synchronized movements of the therapists will allow you to relax more deeply than a regular massage performed by a single therapist. During a four-handed massage, the therapists use long, flowing strokes to improve the blood circulation in your body. This helps to increase the oxygen flow to your muscles and improves your overall health and well-being. If you have knots or tight muscles, a four-handed massage can help to reduce tension in your body. The two therapists can work on different parts of your body simultaneously, helping to release muscle tension more quickly.

  • A 4 handed massage is where you receive a massage by two massage therapists at the same time. This means four hands are working on giving you a massage at the same time.

  • Yes, most guests prefer one therapist to give a scalp massage or foot massage while one therapist is giving a full body massage or if you would like one therapist to focus on your neck, back or shoulders then they will spend as much time as you like on that area while the other therapist gives you a full body massage. If no request is made, then the therapists follow the spa protocol.

  • Guests must call at least 24 hours prior to their appointment to cancel or reschedule. Same day appointments CANNOT be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded.

    If you’re late for your appointment, every effort would be made to give you your full time. However, if we cannot accommodate you for any reason, you will only receive the time remaining. Late appointments cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded.

    For all gift cards and services/packages purchased online over $250, guest must show the credit card used for the online purchase and an ID to match the card at the time of check in or submit a copy of the same to receive service. If a guest cannot produce it, they may make payment separately and the original gift card purchase will be refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

All purchases are refundable only 48 hours before the day of the service. A $30 service fee, per service applies to all refunds.

Fraud Prevention Policy: All purchases made within one week of service being used MUST show proof with a Government Issued ID and the same credit card used to make the purchase / payment. Credit card and ID, both must match and be shown on request to the front desk in order to receive service. Management reserves the right to deny service if matching ID and the credit card are not shown before your service.
