Our bachelorette and bridal spa day packages are the most indulgent, pampering and relaxed getaways for you and your friends. Our guests have rated us the number one spa for having a bachelorette spa party in NYC. All the bachelorette packages include Champagne (unlimited, don’t tell anyone!), Hor D'oeuvre Platter, Chocolates, and a Spa Gift Bag.
You will enjoy your bridal or bachelorette party in our private Serenity Room just for you and your guests. You can indulge and pamper yourself by choosing the Duchess, Princess or Empress Packages or create a custom package for you and your party.
FAQ’S for Bachelorette Spa Packages

We want you to have a great time on this special occasion. Some guests come all dressed up and some visit wearing casual attire. It’s what makes you happy. For single service events we do not provide a robe. However, we will gladly provide one if you request it. For multiple services we have robes in each room. All spa bachelorette packages have a celebration after your service where we bring a food platter, drinks, sash, tiara, and such depending on the package you selected.

Besides your spa services, we celebrate your special day with a food platter, sash for the bride person, tiara for the bride, spa gift, Champagne or mimosas and chocolates.

We have a beautiful room for taking pictures. It has a beautiful handmade velvet red throne for the “bride to be” and her friends and family to take photos and selfies. We also have a beautiful backdrop wall for taking additional photos. Our serenity room is very pretty and it makes you feel you’re in Hawaii. We have beautiful videos of waves crashing ashore while you’re surrounded by tropical plants and fountains. It’s a truly relaxing experience.

We can accommodate up to a maximum of 16 guests for a spa party. It is best to discuss the details with our spa manager who will do her best to make sure you have the best spa experience ever.

Guests must call at least 24 hours prior to their appointment to cancel or reschedule. Same day appointments CANNOT be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded.
If you’re late for your appointment, every effort would be made to give you your full time. However, if we cannot accommodate you for any reason, you will only receive the time remaining. Late appointments cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded.
For all gift cards and services/packages purchased online over $250, guest must show the credit card used for the online purchase and an ID to match the card at the time of check in or submit a copy of the same to receive service. If a guest cannot produce it, they may make payment separately and the original gift card purchase will be refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience.
All purchases are refundable only 48 hours before the day of the service. A $30 service fee, per service applies to all refunds.
Fraud Prevention Policy: All purchases made within one week of service being used MUST show proof with a Government Issued ID and the same credit card used to make the purchase / payment. Credit card and ID, both must match and be shown on request to the front desk in order to receive service. Management reserves the right to deny service if matching ID and the credit card are not shown before your service.
